The Canon EOS-1Ds Mark II is a digital SLR camera from the Japanese manufacturer Canon , which was launched in November 2004. It is no longer produced. The manufacturer directed them to professional photographers .

Trivia
31 Canon EOS 1Ds Mark II cameras with lenses from the Japanese manufacturer Nikon were used for the stop-motion production " Corpse Bride - Wedding with a corpse " , with which 109,440 individually animated single shots were photographed within 55 weeks and finally processed into the final feature film.
