It was created through a restructuring of Cheung Kong Holdings and due to the merger with Hutchison Whampoa in June 2015. According to its own information, it is the largest company on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange . In the Forbes Global 2000 of the world's largest companies, CK Hutchinson Holdings ranked 142nd after fiscal year 2017. The company had a market value of 45.4 billion USD in mid-2018.
