Christoph Grissemann
Christoph Grissemann (born May 17, 1966 in Innsbruck , Tyrol ; full name Christoph Mark - as stage name Christoph Maria - Grissemann) is an Austrian cabaret artist and radio presenter.
life and work
Christoph Grissemann completed his Matura at the "very authoritarian" high school in Franz-Keim-Gasse in Mödling , near Vienna. Even then he was friends with Thomas Edlinger . Also at the same school were Mini Bydlinski , Wolfgang Fifi Pissecker and Florian Scheuba , members of the later “ hectic ”. He then studied German , journalism and theater, film and media studies in Vienna for four years , but dropped out and did community service in the Traiskirchen refugee camp .
He has been working for ORF since 1988, and since 1990 he has been the Austrian half of the comedian duo Stermann & Grissemann alongside Dirk Stermann, which achieved cult status in Austria primarily through the radio show Salon Helga .
From 1997 to 2011 he also worked for Radio Eins in Germany . There he presented the show Show Royale together with Dirk Stermann , which followed the same principle as Salon Helga.
In 2004, 2005 and 2007 he moderated the protest song contest at the Rabenhof Theater in Vienna together with Dirk Stermann .
Since 2007 he has hosted the talk show Willkommen Österreich together with Dirk Stermann .
He also played in the show Dorfers Donnerstalk as a supporting actor in various skits.
In December 2012 he presented together with Dirk Stermann the satirical game show No Chance - The Stermann Against Grissemann Show, named after the two .
In addition, Christoph Grissemann works as an advertising spokesman as well as a testimonial (among others for Verbund) and as voiceover for various television productions.
Private
Christoph Grissemann is the son of the Austrian radio and television presenter Ernst Grissemann . His brother is the film critic and profile editor Stefan Grissemann . Grissemann is single and childless.
