action
The residents of an old people's home discover that the swimming pool in a neighboring villa is a real fountain of youth, but that they soon become addicted to its effects like a drug.
Unfortunately, retirees' excessive greed quickly depleted the pool's life-giving effects. It was created by aliens from the planet Antarea in order to bring their conspecifics, who have been on the ocean floor since the sinking of Atlantis, back to life.
The behavior of the people is not condemned in any way, but the leader of the Antareans - himself a friendly middle-aged man - now offers them to come with him on his spaceship and henceforth to enjoy eternal life. They are torn between this temptation and the people they love on earth.
