The Communauté de communes Dronne et Belle is a French association of municipalities with the legal form of a Communauté de communes in the department of Dordogne in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine . It was founded on January 1, 2014 and comprises 22 parishes. The administrative headquarters are in Champagnac-de-Belair .

Historical development

With effect from January 1, 2017, the municipalities of Beaussac , Champeaux-et-la-Chapelle-Pommier , Les Graulges , Léguillac-de-Cercles , Mareuil , Monsec , Puyrenier , Saint-Sulpice-de-Mareuil and Vieux-Mareuil became the Commune nouvelle Mareuil en Périgord merged. This reduced the number of member communities from 30 to 22.

With effect from 1 January 2019, the previously independent municipalities were Brantôme en Périgord , Cantillac , Eyvirat , La Gonterie-Boulouneix , Saint-Crépin-de-Richemont , Sencenac-Puy-de-Fourches and Valeuil to nouvelle commune Brantôme en Périgord merged . This reduced the number of member communities from 22 to 16.
