The Communauté de communes du Pays Rhénan is a French association of municipalities with the legal form of a Communauté de communes in the Bas-Rhin department in the Grand Est region . It was founded on January 1, 2014 and currently comprises 17 communities. The administrative seat is located in Drusenheim .

Historical development

The community association was created in 2014 through the merger of the predecessor organizations

With effect from January 1, 2019, the former municipalities of Rountzenheim and Auenheim became part of the Commune nouvelle Rountzenheim-Auenheim . This reduced the number of member communities to 17.
