Kilstett (German Kilstedt ) is a French commune with 2510 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Rhine valley in the Bas-Rhin department in the Grand Est region (until 2015 Alsace ). On January 1, 2015 Kilstett moved from the Arrondissement Strasbourg-Campagne to the Arrondissement Haguenau-Wissembourg .
Infrastructure
Kilstett has road connections to Gambsheim and La Wantzenau . The municipality is crossed by the Strasbourg-Lauterbourg railway line . It has a train station.

Community partnerships
Since 2010, Kilstett has had a community partnership with Zapfendorf (Germany, Upper Franconia), which was as badly damaged as Kilstett in the last days of the war. The municipality is also linked in partnership with the three municipalities of Janailhac , La Roche-l'Abeille and Saint-Priest-Ligoure in the Haute-Vienne department :
