The Communauté de communes du Pays de Cruseilles is a French association of communes with the legal form of a Communauté de communes in the Haute-Savoie department , whose administrative headquarters are in the town of Cruseilles . The town is about halfway between the two agglomerations of Geneva and Annecy .
