The Communauté de communes des Quatre Rivières is a French association of municipalities with the legal form of a Communauté de communes in the Haute-Savoie department , whose administrative headquarters are in the town of Marcellaz . The area belonging to the association of municipalities extends on the south-eastern edge of the Chablais and slopes down to the broad valley floor of the Arve , and it is also part of the historic province of Faucigny . The four rivers indicated in the name are the Arve, the Menoge , the Risse and the Foron .
