Legal information system
As a Legal Information System ( RIS ) are digital, usually online made available to research deals on court decisions , law es- and referred to other legal texts.
Basics
Some of the legal offers made available by the state institutions are not legally binding - the valid version of the law is always published in the respective official gazette ( legal gazette or a corresponding institution), but sometimes the legally effective announcement of the valid version within the framework of e-government is authentic in the legal information system. Naturally, private providers always publish under exclusion of law.
