Cooper MacNeil (born September 7, 1992 in Hinsdale ) is an American racing driver .

Racing career

Cooper MacNeil is active in sports car racing in 2009 . He celebrated his first successes in national championships from which he switched to the Grand-Am Sports Car Series in 2011 . In 2012 and 2013 he won the overall standings in the GTC class of the American Le Mans Series .

Since 2014 he has been involved in the successor series, the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship . In his first season in 2014, he finished third in the final standings of the GTD class for Alex Job Racing.
