Heaven should wait is a song by the German rapper Sido , in cooperation with the German pop singer Adel Tawil . The piece is the first single from his first live album MTV Unplugged Live from MV .

Creation and artwork

The song was written by Beatzarre , Djorkaeff , Sido and Adel Tawil. The piece was produced by Sven Helbig and Marek Pompetzki . The mastering took place in the True Track Recording Studio, under the direction of Dirk T. Jambor. The song was mixed by Marek Pompetzki in Beatzarre Studio and Numarek Studios. The single was released under the Universal Music Domestic Rock / Urban label. On the cover of the maxi single - in addition to the artist name and song title - there is a writing board with doodles. Design and photography come from Stefan Vorbeck and hort.org.uk. The recordings took place in the Berlin sound studio Numarek Studios.

Publication and promotion

The first release of Heaven should wait was on May 11, 2010 as a download. The release of a physical sound carrier followed three days later on May 14, 2010. In Austria the single reached position four and stayed in the top 10 for two weeks and in the charts for 20 weeks. In Switzerland, the single reached position 28 in the single charts in eight weeks.
