The eleventh season of the American animated series The Simpsons was broadcast from September 26, 1999 to May 21, 2000 on the US broadcaster Fox . The German-language free TV first broadcast was broadcast by ProSieben from September 4, 2000 to February 12, 2001.
The season was released on DVD on October 7, 2008 in the United States and October 24, 2008 in Germany.

Homer watches a Zorro movie and later challenges Snake to a duel to defend Marge's honor. After Snake gets scared, Homer challenges everyone he meets to a duel. At first nobody dares to face Homer until one day they find a brave opponent. To escape this duel, Homer moves his family to the country and becomes a farmer. His accidentally developed hybrid of tomatoes and tobacco ( Tomacco ) became so popular that the industry soon became aware of him. | ||||||||
