The fifteenth season of the US animated series The Simpsons was broadcast from November 2, 2003 to May 23, 2004 on the US broadcaster Fox . The German-language free TV first broadcast was broadcast by ProSieben from October 30, 2004 to March 5, 2005.
The season was released on DVD on December 4, 2012 in the United States and December 3, 2012 in Germany. The Blu-ray release in the United States also took place on December 4, 2012. In Germany, the season was only released on December 12, 2012 on Blu-ray.

Homer meets his mother Mona again with the help of a secret message in the newspaper, only to accidentally turn her over to the police. However, she is acquitted and can now make up for lost time with Homer. However, Mr. Burns manages to get her to jail for another offense. She is able to escape with a prisoner van, which falls down a slope. While Mona is believed dead, she tries again to give Homer secret messages through the newspaper. | ||||||||

The Simpsons travel to England. While Grampa is looking for a war-looking Englishwoman he is missing, Homer has an unpleasant accident with the Queen and is thrown into the Tower of London. Eventually he is pardoned by the Queen. Grandpa is now meeting his old love again. Her daughter, named Abbey, is Homer's face. The Simpsons flee England. | ||||||||

Marge and Homer visit a winery and get drunk, whereupon Marge drinks more and more often in the company of Homer. On the drive home from a party, Homer causes a traffic accident, which he blames Marge for. This comes to a rehab clinic for alcoholics. | ||||||||
