According to ancient traditions, Domina is said to have existed as early as the 12th century and belonged to Neustein Castle (Najštejn). The village was first mentioned in documents in 1359 as part of the Komotau rule . Domina was within the Komotau miles law , which prohibited the free exercise of handicrafts in the village with the exception of blacksmiths. In 1571 Domina was one of the 20 villages to which the new owner of the rule, Bohuslav Felix von Lobkowitz and Hassenstein , made the Komotauer beer compulsory. When the city of Chomutov bought the village of Domina, which consisted of sixteen properties, for 856 shock groschen in 1605, when it was ransomed from subordination. From then on, its residents were obliged to do military service at Gut Schönlind , which belonged to the Free Royal City . 16 of the wooden rafts were reserved for the 19 days of forced labor that each resident had to do each year. Mainly the residents of Domina lived from agriculture and livestock. In the berní rula of 1654, eleven farmers and five Chalupners are identified for Domina; the farmer Martin Hoyr was licensed. Domina's children have been attending school in Oberdorf since 1775. In 1824 Domina received her own school. The Kaiserstraße ran through the village from Komotau to Sebastiansberg .

After the abolition of patrimonial domina formed with the district Droschig from 1850 a political municipality in the judicial district Komotau or district Komotau . In 1851 the school moved into its own newly built school building. In 1868 the construction of the Komotau-Weipert railway began with the Buschtěhrad Railway . Four years later, the line and the Domina-Schönlind train station were inaugurated. In 1874, 252 people lived in the 26 houses of the village. In 1878 Droschig became independent. In 1883 the two-class teaching was started. In 1890 the village consisted of 33 houses. At that time agriculture was still the main occupation of the residents, some of them also worked in forestry. In addition, gorl sewing and lace making were carried out at home. After the Munich Agreement , the community was added to the German Reich in 1938 and belonged to the Komotau district until 1945 . In 1939, 194 people lived in Domina. One of the victims of the march found his final resting place in Domina. After the war ended, Domina came back to Czechoslovakia . On May 21, 1945, the Domina train station was occupied by a twelve-man military patrol from the Albatros Revolutionary Guard , who were supposed to secure rail traffic.
