EHF Women's Challenge Cup 2010/11

At the EHF Challenge Cup 2010/11 22 took Handball part -Vereinsmannschaften, who had qualified in the previous season in their home countries for the competition. It was the 11th edition of the Challenge Cup under this name. The cup games began on October 15, 2010, the second round final took place on May 15, 2011. The defending champion of the EHF Challenge Cup was the German club Buxtehuder SV . The title winner that season was the French club Mios Biganos.

3 teams that had previously qualified for the competition took part. The draw for the 2nd round took place on July 27, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. (UTC + 2) in Vienna. The games took place on 15./16./17. October 2010.
