At the EHF Challenge Cup 2011/12 30 took Handball part -Vereinsmannschaften, who had qualified in the previous season in their home countries for the competition. It was the 12th edition of the Challenge Cup under this name. The cup games began on September 30, 2011, the second round final took place on May 12, 2012. The defending champion of the EHF Challenge Cup was the French club Mios Biganos. The title winner in the season was the French club HAC Handball.
