At the EHF Challenge Cup 2013/14 25 handball club teams participated, who qualified in the previous season in their home countries for the competition. It was the 14th edition of the Challenge Cup under this name. The cup games began on October 9, 2013, the second round final took place on May 11, 2014. The defending champion was DHK Baník Most. The Swedish team H 65 Höör won the title .

Round 3

18 teams take part.

The draw for the 3rd round took place on July 23, 2013. The first legs will take place on 9/10. November 2013, the second leg on 16./17. November 2013.

Eighth finals

In the eighth finals, the 9 winners of the 3rd round and the 7 teams who had previously qualified for the competition in their national associations take part.
The draw for the eighth finals took place on November 19, 2013 in Vienna.
The first legs took place on February 1-2, 2014. The second legs took place on February 8th to 9th, 2014.
