history
The second binding world championship took place in the legendary Billiard Palace in Paris, where many Cadre world championships have already taken place. All world records of the first world championship have been improved. In the end, the Frenchman Jean Albert won . As in the first World Cup, Jacques Davin achieved the most tournament best performances. Jan Sweering and Ernst Reicher achieved podium positions again.
