The final round of the German team championship in chess in 1954 took place on February 5 and 6, 1955 in Munich .
The Munich Chess Club from 1836 (defending champion), the Eckbauer chess company , the 1925 Düsseldorf chess company and the Freiburg chess club in the final of the West German team championship in 1954 in Munich. A round-robin tournament was held.
