Final round of the German team championship in chess 1974

The final round of the 1974 German team championship in chess took place from November 22 to 24, 1974 in the Parkrestaurant Südende in Berlin . Eligible to participate were the defending champions Solinger SG 1868 , SC Königsspringer Frankfurt , SG Porz and SVg Lasker-Steglitz, the winners of four qualifying tournaments.

1 round

In the first round, SG 1868 Solingen took the lead with a clear win against SVg Lasker-Steglitz. At the same time, SC Königsspringer Frankfurt and SG Porz parted in a draw.
