The final round of the German Chess Team Championship in 1968 took place from November 29 to December 1, 1968 in Solingen . Eligible to participate were Concordia / Palamedes Hamburg , SG Porz , Solinger Schachgesellschaft 1868 and Schachfreunde 1907 Stuttgart , the winners of four qualifying tournaments for the German team championship . Tournament director was Max Eisinger .
