European Conference on Artificial Intelligence

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The European Conference on Artificial Intelligence ( ECAI ) is one of the largest conferences in the world devoted to research into artificial intelligence . It is usually done every two years and lasts five days. The first conference took place in 1982 in Orsay (France). Before that, however, there were four Artificial Intelligence and Simulation of Behavior ( AISB ) conferences that were subsequently renamed under the name ECAI.

The conferences are each organized by the European Association for Artificial Intelligence (EurAI) in cooperation with one of its member organizations.
