Fanefjord Kirke

Fanefjord Sogn is a parish municipality ( Danish : Sogn ) on the island of Møn in southern Denmark . Until 1970 she belonged to Harde Mønbo Herred in what was then Præstø Amt , then to Møn Kommune in Storstrøms Amt , which became part of Vordingborg Municipality in the Sjælland region on January 1, 2007 as part of the municipal reform .

1432 inhabitants live in the parish (as of January 1, 2020). In the parish is the church " Fanefjord Kirke ".

The only direct neighboring municipality is Damsholte Sogn in the northeast . In the west, the parish is connected to the island of Bogø and Bogø Sogn by a dam .
