Lundby Sogn is a parish municipality ( Danish : Sogn ) in the south of the island of Sjælland in southern Denmark . Until 1970 she belonged to Harde Hammer Herred in what was then Præstø Amt , then to Vordingborg Kommune in Storstrøms Amt , which was merged into the “new” Vordingborg Municipality in the Sjælland region on January 1, 2007 as part of the local government reform .

1055 inhabitants live in the parish, 806 of them in the parish (as of January 1, 2020). The church "Lundby Kirke" is located in the parish.

Neighboring municipalities are in eastern Bårse Sogn , in the southeast Udby Sogn , in the south Sværdborg Sogn and west Køng Sogn , also in the north neighboring næstved municipality Hammer Sogn .
