Bårse Kirke

Bårse Sogn is a parish municipality ( Danish : Sogn ) in the south of the island of Sjælland in southern Denmark . Until 1970 it belonged to Harde Bårse Herred in what was then Præstø Amt , then to Præstø Kommune in Storstrøms Amt , which was incorporated into Vordingborg Municipality in the Sjælland region on January 1, 2007 as part of the local government reform .

767 inhabitants live in the parish, 501 of them in the parish (as of January 1, 2020). In the parish is the church "Bårse Kirke".

Neighboring communities are in the south and east Beldringe Sogn , in the south Udby Sogn and in the west Lundby Sogn , furthermore in the neighboring Næstved municipality in the north-west Hammer Sogn and in the north Snesere Sogn .
