The Kars-Harakani Airport , also Kars Airport ( Turkish Kars Harakani Havalimanı ) is a Turkish airport immediately south of the city of Kars in the northeast of the country. It is operated by the state DHMI .

The airport was originally built in 1988 to provide civil traffic in the country and is now used for civilian purposes. It has a 3000 meter long paved runway with an instrument flight landing system. The apron in front of the terminal has a size of 258 × 120 meters and can accommodate five commercial aircraft. A terminal with a size of 1695 square meters and a capacity of one million passengers per year is available for the passengers.

The airport is about six kilometers from the city of Kars. It can be reached by taxi, private car or airport bus via the D-965 / E-691 highway. There is a parking lot for 100 cars in front of the terminal.
