The Uşak Airport ( Turkish Uşak Havalimanı ) is a Turkish airport near the city of Uşak . In terms of passenger volume, it is one of the smallest commercial airports in Turkey with just under 28,000 passengers annually (as of 2019). It is operated by the state DHMI .
The airport was opened in 1988 and is used for civil and military purposes. It has a terminal with a capacity of 500,000 passengers per year and a paved runway that does not have an instrument flight landing system (ILS). The apron has a size of 80 × 45 meters and can accommodate a commercial aircraft.
The city of Uşak assigned to him is about four to six kilometers away. It can be reached by taxi, private car or Dolmuş via the D-300 / E-96 road. There is parking for 50 cars in front of the terminal.
