Gastón Ramírez , full name Gastón Exequiel Ramírez Pereyra , (born December 2, 1990 in Fray Bentos ) is a Uruguayan football player .

Career

Ramírez began his career in the youth of his home club Peñarol Montevideo , where he went through the entire academy and matured into one of Uruguay's greatest talents.

On March 21, 2009 he made his professional debut in the city ​​derby against Defensor Sporting Club at the age of eighteen. This was followed by nine more assignments in the Clausura 2009 before he advanced to a high performer in the following season.
