Horka u Staré Paky (German Falgendorf , 1939-1945 Falkendorf ) is a municipality in Okres Semily , Liberecký kraj in the Czech Republic .
history
The place was founded in 1823 by the owner of the allodial property Tschista , Ignaz Falge and named after him Falgendorf .
