Bělá (German: Biela ) is a municipality in Okres Semily , Liberecký kraj in the Czech Republic .
geography
The place is located in the valley at the confluence of the Tampelacka and Oleska streams . To the east are the Altpaka Mountains ( Staropacké hory ) with the Jiwa Mountain ( Jíva 568 m). To the southeast the Lán rises at 499 m.
The place lies in the microregion Pojizeří within the Euroregion Neisse .
