Hyllinge Sogn is a parish municipality ( Danish : Sogn ) on the island of Sjælland in southern Denmark . Until 1970 it belonged to Harde Øster Flakkebjerg Herred in what was then Sorø Amt , then to Næstved Kommune in Storstrøms Amt , which became part of the “new” Næstved Municipality in the Sjælland region on January 1, 2007 as part of the municipal reform .

789 inhabitants live in the parish, 468 of them in the parish (as of January 1, 2020). The church "Hyllinge Kirke" is located in the parish.

Neighboring communities are Gunderslev Sogn in the north, Vallensved Sogn in the east, Karrebæk Sogn in the south, Marvede Sogn in the south-west and Kvislemark Sogn and Førslev Sogn in the west .
