Næsby Sogn is a parish municipality ( Danish : Sogn ) on the island of Sjælland in southern Denmark . Until 1970 she belonged to Harde Tybjerg Herred in what was then Præstø Amt , then to Suså Kommune in Storstrøms Amt , which was merged into Næstved Municipality in the Sjælland region on January 1, 2007 as part of the municipal reform .

The parish has 356 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2020). In the parish is the church "Næsby Kirke".

Neighboring communities are Tyvelse Sogn in the east, Glumsø Sogn in the south-east and Bavelse Sogn in the south , and Vester Broby Sogn and Alsted Sogn in the neighboring Sorø municipality to the north .
