Næstelsø Sogn is a parish municipality ( Danish : Sogn ) on the island of Sjælland in southern Denmark . Until 1970 she belonged to Harde Hammer Herred in what was then Præstø Amt , then to Fladså Municipality in Storstrøms Amt , which was merged into Næstved Municipality in the Sjælland region on January 1, 2007 as part of the municipal reform .

622 inhabitants live in the parish (as of January 1, 2020). In the parish is the church “Næstelsø Kirke”.

Neighboring municipalities are Holme Olstrup Sogn in the north, Toksværd Sogn in the northeast, Everdrup Sogn in the southeast, Mogenstrup Sogn in the south and Rønnebæk Sogn in the west .
