Mogenstrup Sogn is a parish municipality ( Danish : Sogn ) on the island of Sjælland in southern Denmark . Until 1970 she belonged to Harde Hammer Herred in what was then Præstø Amt , then to Fladså Municipality in Storstrøms Amt , which was merged into Næstved Municipality in the Sjælland region on January 1, 2007 as part of the municipal reform .

1978 inhabitants live in the parish, 1990 of them in the parish (as of January 1, 2020). The church "Mogenstrup Kirke" is located in the parish.

Neighboring municipalities are Næstelsø Sogn in the north, Everdrup Sogn in the northeast, Snesere Sogn in the southeast, Hammer Sogn in the south, Vester Egesborg Sogn in the southwest and Rønnebæk Sogn in the northwest .
