Tystrup Sogn is a parish municipality ( Danish : Sogn ) on the island of Sjælland in southern Denmark . Until 1970 it belonged to Harde Øster Flakkebjerg Herred in what was then Sorø Amt , then to Fuglebjerg Municipality in Vestsjællands Amt , which was merged into Næstved Municipality in the Sjælland region as part of the municipal reform on January 1, 2007 .

The parish has 335 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2020). The church "Tystrup Kirke" is located in the parish.

Neighboring communities are in the south Fuglebjerg Sogn , in the southwest Krummerup Sogn and in the west Haldagerlille Sogn , furthermore in the neighboring Slagelse municipality Kirkerup Sogn to the west and in the neighboring Sorø municipality Lynge Sogn to the north .
