IC 125 is a spiral galaxy of Hubble type S in the constellation Cetus south of the ecliptic . It is estimated to be 640 million light years away from the Milky Way and has a diameter of around 95,000 ly. 
In the same area of the sky are the galaxies IC 128 , IC 129 , IC 1714 .
The object was discovered by Stéphane Javelle on January 5, 1892 .
