IC 2194 is a spiral galaxy of Hubble type Sc in the constellation Gemini on the ecliptic . It is an estimated 192 million light years away from the Milky Way and about 65,000 light years in diameter.
In the same area of the sky are u. a. the galaxies IC 2192 , IC 2193 , IC 2196 , IC 2197 .
The object was discovered by Edward Emerson Barnard on May 9, 1888 .
