IC 3592 (also NGC 4559A ) is a spiral galaxy of the Hubble type Sa in the constellation Haar der Berenike in the northern sky . It is estimated to be 337 million light years from the Milky Way and about 100,000 light years in diameter.
In the same area of the sky are u. a. the galaxies NGC 4559 and IC 3593 .
The object was discovered by Max Wolf on March 23, 1903 .
