John Marshall Jones (born August 17, 1962 in Detroit , Michigan ) is an American actor .

life and career

Jones is from Detroit . He attended Roeper School in Bloomfield and graduated from Northwestern University . In 1985 he made his acting debut in front of the camera with a small role in the film Screen Test - Die affengeile Mattscheibe . He was able to increase his fame through his role as Walter in the 1992 film White Boys Don't Bring It . From 1992 to 1993 he played a recurring role as Terrence Haggard on Melrose Place .
