Zou Kai ( Chinese  邹 凯 , Pinyin Zōu Kǎi ; born February 25, 1988 in Luzhou , Sichuan ) is a Chinese gymnast .

Zou has specialized as an athlete in apparatus gymnastics, but is particularly known for his success in floor exercise . He has won several national and international competitions in gymnastics in recent years. At the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, he won the gold medal in floor exercise and on the horizontal bar in the individual competitions as well as team gold with the Chinese team. This makes him the second Chinese ( Li Ning achieved this for the first time in 1984) to win three gold medals in an Olympic tournament. At the World Championships in 2006 , 2007 and 2011 he won gold in the team all-around competition. In the floor finals it was enough for silver in 2009 and 2011, and in 2011 for gold on the horizontal bar. In 2012, at the Summer Olympics in London , another success followed him in team all- around and on the floor and bronze on the horizontal bar. With two golds and one bronze he was the most successful male gymnast at the Games.
