The Canton of Arras-Nord was by 2015 a French canton in the Arrondissement of Arras , in the Pas-de-Calais and the region Nord-Pas-de-Calais . Its main town was Arras . Nicolas Desfachelle ( PS ) was last representative in the General Council of the Département from 2011 to 2015 .
