The Canton of Laventie was 2015 a French canton in the Arrondissement of Béthune , in the Pas-de-Calais and the region Nord-Pas-de-Calais . Its main place was Laventie . Roger Douez ( UMP ) was the last representative in the General Council of the Department from 1993 to 2015 .
