The Canton Bethune-Nord was by 2015 a French canton in the Arrondissement of Béthune , in the Pas-de-Calais and the region Nord-Pas-de-Calais ; its main town was Béthune . Isabelle Péru ( MRC ) was the last representative in the General Council of the Département from 2008 to 2015 .

The canton of Béthune-Nord was on average 25 meters above sea level, between 18 meters in Annezin and 70 meters in Chocques .
