The District of Lens-Est was 2015 a French canton in the Arrondissement Lens , in Pas-de-Calais and the region Nord-Pas-de-Calais . Its main town was Lens . Charles Depoorter ( PS ) was the last representative in the General Council of the Département from 1988 to 2015 .
