The canton of Outreau is a French constituency in the arrondissement of Boulogne-sur-Mer , in the department of Pas-de-Calais and in the region of Hauts-de-France . Its main town is Outreau . Julien Ledoux ( PS ) has been a representative in the General Council of the Département since 2012 .
