The canton of Bully-les-Mines is a French constituency in the Arrondissement of Lens , the department of Pas-de-Calais, and the Region of Hauts-de-France . Its main town is Bully-les-Mines . Michel Vancaille ( PS ) has been a representative in the Department's General Council since 1992 .
