The canton of Lillers is a French constituency in the arrondissement of Béthune , in the department of Pas-de-Calais and in the region of Hauts-de-France ; its main town is Lillers . Lucien Andriès ( PCF ) has been a representative in the General Council of the Département since 2002 . The canton of Lillers is 180.84 km² in size and has 39,059 inhabitants (2017), which corresponds to a population density of 216 inhabitants per km².
