Guarbecque ( Flemish : Gaverbeke ) is a French municipality with 1425 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Pas-de-Calais in the region of Hauts-de-France . It belongs to the Arrondissement of Béthune and the canton of Aire-sur-la-Lys (until 2015: Canton Lillers ).

Guarbecque is located about twelve kilometers north-northwest of Béthune on the Canal d'Aire . Guarbecque is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Saint-Venant in the north and northeast, Busnes in the south and east, Ham-en-Artois in the south and southwest and Isbergues in the west.
