Labourse is a French commune with a population of 2,847 (as at 1st January 2017) in the department of Pas-de-Calais in the region of Hauts-de-France . It is part of the canton of Nœux-les-Mines in the Arrondissement of Béthune . The inhabitants are called Laboursais .
geography
Labourse is about four kilometers southeast of Béthune . Labourse is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Beuvry in the north, Sailly-Labourse in the east, Mazingarbe in the southeast, Nœux-les-Mines in the south and southwest and Verquigneul in the west.
The A26 autoroute runs through the municipality .
