Labourse is about four kilometers southeast of Béthune . Labourse is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Beuvry in the north, Sailly-Labourse in the east, Mazingarbe in the southeast, Nœux-les-Mines in the south and southwest and Verquigneul in the west.

The A26 autoroute runs through the municipality .
